Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo) with Sausage
This is an easy Pão de Queijo recipe made difficult because I decided to cook it outdoors in a dutch oven. You can follow the instructions and make it indoors in a conventional oven. Very simple Cheese Bread Recipe with Sausage

  1. Add milk, water, oil and salt to boil
  2. Once it comes to a boil throw over tapioca flour.
  3. Mix it in *it doesn’t need to be thoroughly mixed. Just a slight mix with a spoon is fine. Let sit until cool.
  4. Whisk eggs slightly. Add eggs slowly to the mix
  5. Beat on low 2 – 3 for about 5 minutes
  6. Once done add cheese and whisk for about a minute on low
  7. Cook at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Notes Remember everyones oven is different, so keep an eye on it. Once it rises and becomes “slightly” brown on the top then it’s ready to go! Tip: try not to put it in tupperware when hot.
